Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes we do. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Unfortunately, if you fail to notify us within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
Where are you located?
Our treatment room is located just off of Tring High Street, in Marash House, 1st Floor, 2-5 Brook Street - Black door next to the tailors and Robin Hood pub.
If its your first treatment, please message me on arrival and I will come down and meet you.
Can I park at your treatment room?
We don't have parking on site however, the Forge car park is located just off of Tring High Street and is a 2 minute walk away. The first hours parking is free!
What should I do if I am running early or late?
Please only arrive at the treatment room for your scheduled time as we do not have a waiting room.
If you are running late a few minutes late, please do text us to let us know you are on your way. This is not a problem, but unfortunately we are unable to extend treatment times and your late arrival will cut into your allotted time.
Can I order products from you?
We are an official stockist of Germaine de Capuccini products, which you can purchase directly from us. Please contact me to place an order for your products.
